Availability Calendar
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT TERMS
The guest pays an advance of 30% of the total rental amount at the time of reservation.
The remaining 70% of the total amount must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- In case of cancellation by the guest more than 90 days before arrival, the paid advance will be fully refunded, reduced by any bank fees.
- In case of cancellation between 89 and 30 days before arrival, the host retains the paid advance (30%).
- In case of cancellation 29 days or less before arrival, the guest is obliged to pay the full amount of the reservation (100%).
- If the guest does not pay the remaining 70% of the total amount by the agreed deadline (30 days before arrival), the reservation is considered canceled, and the host retains the advance.
